I WAS ORDERED AN ENSURE POWDER OF 1 KG PACK, WHICH WAS IS VERY URGENT TO ME AS MY MOTHER IS 75 YEAR OLD AND IS MORE ESSENTIAL FOR HER, ON 11.05.24 & FOR WHICH THE DELIVERY SHEDULE WAS 15.05.24, BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT ON SCHEDULED DATE THE PORTAL SHOWS EXTENDED SCHEDUULE TO 16.05.24 TO 19.05.24, FIRST TIME I IGNORED AS MAY BE SOME ISSUES BUT WHEN I RECHECK ON TODAY(19.05.24) , ITS AGAIN SHOWS THE RECHUDULE MY ORDER TO 22.05.24 TO 24.05.24.
AND MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT THERE ARE NO VALUE OF ME , THERE ARE NO MSGS, NO CALL JUST THEY MODIFIED THE SCHEDULE AS THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION FORWARDED TO CUSTOMER.
PERSONALLY, I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 1MG ON MY FIRST ORDER.
DELIVERY TIME IS PROSPONED BY COMPANY 3RD TIME ONLY IN 8 DAYS.
