QUERY TO CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING PURCHASED A SAREE FROM SNAP DEAL:- RANGITA WOMEN BATIK PRINTED CHIFFON SAREE WITH BLOSE PIECE PINK , Rs. 432/- IT WAS MY MI STAKE JUST OPENED ANS SAW THE SAREE FROM TOP WHAT I ORDER IS RIGHT , TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I WENT TO THE TAILOR FOR STICHING IT WAS A TORN SAREE IMMEDIATELY CAME HOME GAVE A COMPLAIN THEY SAID SORRY WE CANT TAKE 3 DAYS IS OVER THEY SAY , ANOTHE ORDER REPLACMENT IS HAVE PLACE THE SAME DAY AFTER 7 DAYS THEY CAM ETO PICK UP AFTER DAILY REMINDER , IS THIS THE WAY YOU DEAL BY GIVING A DEFFECTIVE SAREE TO A CUSTOMER , AFTER RAISING A COMPLAIN THEY SAY 7 DAYS IS OVER WE CAN”T DO ANY THING I REQUEST ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO TAKE CARE WITH SNAPDEAL ESPECIALLY WITH CLOTHING THEY ARE NOT WORTH TAKING AND THEY DONT REFUND OR REPLACE THEY THING WE GET MONEY FOR FREE
