Meesho is an online e-commerce marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. It was established in July 2015 and is owned by Clues Network Pvt Ltd. The category of the products is very vast and it ensures the sellers list the products for online shopping with 0% commission and other free services.

This helps to enhance the earnings of the small sellers and also gives them the opportunity for the consumers to buy the products at low prices. To maintain the standards and the quality of the products and services of Meesho, it has a good grievance redressal mechanism to resolve the complaints about the products and services that sometimes customers or product sellers face.

Notice - Be alert! Don't share the financial or banking details and don't share OTP to customer care executive. Protect yourself from Frauds and Scams. Report to Cyber Crime Bureau or Call 1930 as soon as possible to protect your earnings and others.

The Issues that can be on Meesho:

  • Consumers: low-quality product, refund is pending, a payment transaction failure, delay in delivery of the product, exchange or replacement, online shopping, cancellation of the order, payment is done but orders not placed, and other products, payment, and delivery related complaints.
  • Sellers: Advertisement issues, delay in payment, the order is rejected, pickup or delivery issues, refund of payment, earning, quality of services, slow process of registration or lack of support and help by the Meesho support team, and other seller complaints.

You can use the toll-free customer care numbers of Meesho, online support, or the mobile app to register an online complaint about such issues as listed. The support team will help to clarify your doubts and ensure the complaint is resolved within the given specific time limit.

If your complaints are not resolved and the time limit is exceeded, you may request to escalate the issue to the higher grievance redressal authority (Grievance Officer) of Meesho. Further, approach the National Consumer Helpline or Consumer Court for the quality of the product (expiry, not usable, cheap quality, different standards, and quality, etc.).

How to Register a Complaint to Meesho?

Meesho is a responsible and dedicated e-commerce marketplace for its consumers and sellers. It has provided an easy grievance redressal system where you can register your complaint.

The consumers can use the toll-free customer care number, and call back option, or can raise the issue on the online portal, or mobile app by selecting the ordered product. Sellers can e-mail their problems or can use the seller’s portal of Meesho and mobile app to register complaints about the specific product and orders.

Customer Care Numbers

The toll-free customer care numbers of Meesho are available as the call-back option. For this, you will have to send a request for a call back from the mobile app’s help section. The procedure to register a complaint on the customer care number is mentioned here.

Steps to Request Call Back:

  • Visit or download the mobile app.
  • Click the account icon from the bottom.
  • Click the Help Center Option.
  • Change Language (If you want).
  • Select the order and select the category of the issue.
  • Or Select order-related issues: Order status & delivery; Refund & Payment; Return exchange.
  • Not resolved? See the “Still need help?”.
  • Click the “Call me back” in the app.

You will get a call back within 5 minutes. Tell the issues to the customer care executive and don’t forget to take the reference number to track the status of your complaint. Further, you can use this reference number to escalate the issue to higher authorities (Grievance Officer) by e-mail.

Sellers can also use the same procedure to raise complaints at the Help Centre of Meesho. You may also e-mail your concerns with the product details and reference number.

Tips – Register complaints to the National Consumer Helpline or Consumer Court/Commission (National Consumer Dispute Redressal Helpline) about the services, quality of products, and other consumer grievances of E-commerce marketplace platforms/companies.

Register an Online Complaint

Customers and Sellers can use the e-mail or mobile app to register an online complaint. On the mobile app, you can use the help center to resolve your queries. You can e-mail the issues that are not yet resolved within the time limit as prescribed by the customer care executive of Meesho.

Don’t forget to mention the product order number, reference number of the previous complaint (always get them after registration of a complaint), and the detailed issue with the supportive invoices, images, or documents.

complain to your pickup person or courier partner

respected sir / medam, since last 15 days i show the pickup person is not pickup the parcel from me as well as time to time pickup was ready by me but why they could not collect the same i can't understand. in the my supplier panel showing me the ordered was BREACHED but i can't do it. so please something do needfull for me as soon as possible. hope your early action in this matter is highly appreciated.

I have been making online purchases for a few years. But we do not receive your materials on time (Ecom Express). So it is better to send the materials through courier in favor of the customer. Because my material reached Palakkad a few days back but still not delivered. Delivery boy and manager never pick my call. I get this message everyday "Dear Customer, Your AwB 10298765991 was undelivered. For details, please call Delivery Manager 6282117480 from 7am-9pm or the shipper - Ecom Express".

Valmo Courier is doing fraud. Their riders are doing fraud. The change the return shipments also they change the RTO shipments. Riders name - Suraj Kumar, Area - JJ Colony, Ramphal Chowk, Palam, Newdelhi-110075 Their senior, Prashant has also not the way of taking. He is abusing on call also his senior is also abusing. Please takeaction against all of them.

I bought 1 product from Meesho, it was damaged then I returned that product it took 15 days, the product I got was damaged. it is been more then 15 days, it is not been picked. No proper tracking, there customer care is worst do not provide any solution.

Meesho ,delivery boy

Hi ekta here, I have no issues with Meesho team but I m very much upset with delivery boy. First of all, my parcel got late from 14th to 16th April, it was ok for me because parcel was not that neccessary for me. But your delivery boy went my house, I was in office he called me up and said m here just ask somebody to come out and I will deliver the parcel. I asked ur courier to go my house and ring the bell, he didn't deliver the product despite of my family was out and ready to take parcel. What service courier boys are providing to customer in the way they talk.
