Electricity not available in my area

I am writing to formally complain about the electricity outage in my area that has persisted for five days. Since from Saturday night .
Despite of multiple calls to your customers service and assurances that the issue would be resolved promptly, This prolonged outage distrub and affecting our daily activities .
I request urgent attention to this matter and Immediate action to restore electricity to my area.
