I placed an order and It got delayed post your committed and extended time. When I requested your customer support service person to cancel the order, he says that I will be charged 100% cancellation fee. What policy is this when the customer has to pay for your errors? Why are your policies self serving. Its a deliver app but stick to timelines or commit accordingly. I seek a resolution to this.
