Extremely bad service.
I have purchased a RO, along with that Sales person has given be extended warranty from Croma for 2 yrs. Now since last 1.5 months am suffering to get the RO service done. But they are not doing so. They don’t have any technical team, also no feedback system. Poor management even after visiting the store many times, they couldn’t do the RO service.
No one should purchase the AMC or Extended warranty, in that name they are looting public.
