EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE BY MAHINDRA

I sent my car to KONCEPT MAHINDRA, B-24, OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA FOR REGULAR SERVICING. I HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLAIN:-
1. THE REP THERE WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN CHANGING PARTS AND CARRYING OUT OTHER SERVICES LIKE ANTI REPELLANT POLISH AND OTHER SUCH ISSUES WHICH WERE COST INTENSIVE AND NOT IN THE SERVICE I WANTED. I FINLALLY PAID ALMOST RS 18000 FOR THE SERVICE. HOWEVER, MY CAR WAS RETURNED TOTALLY DIRTY AND NOT SO MUCH AS BASIC WASH AND CLEANING. WHEN I COMPLAINED, I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL COME HOME THE NEXT DAY. NO PROG ON THAT.
2. I WANTED THE NAV SYS OF THE CAR UPDATED. HOWEVER, THE REP KEPT SAYING THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE CONCERNED PERS AND IT WILL TAKE TIME OR TO LEAVE THE CAR OVERNIGHT. FINALLY, THEY AGREED TO DO IT. THOUGH I AM NOT SURE OF IT.
3. I WAS TOLD THAT ONE COOLANT PIPE WAS LEAKING AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT FOR RS 800. I AGREED. LATER ON I WAS TOLD THAT WHILE DOING SO ANOTHER PART MAY GET DAMAGED. ON ASKING THE PRICE I WAS TOLD RS 20,000. I TOLD THEM NOT TO CHANGE A PART COSTING RS 800 WHICH MAY DAMAGE ANOTHER ONE COSTING 20,000 (YES 20000), WHEN THE COOLING SYSTEM WAS WORKING FINE. THEY WERE NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT IT THOUGH AND IT SHOWS IN THE LACK OF INTEREST IN OTHER SERVICE WHICH THEY PROVIDED.
4. I HAD ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND THEY SAID THAT IT NEEDS REPLACEMENT AND I AGREED TO IT. I WAS QUOTED RS 5100 OR SO FOR THE SAME. I AGREED. LATER WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL APPROX RS 1500 FOR USE OF LATHE MACHINE FOR THE SAME AND I HAD TO PAY.
5. OVERALL, I HAD A HARROWING EXPERIENCE AND FELT LIKE AN ATM MACHINE WITH THE COMPANY ONLY WANTING TO MAXIMISE THEIR PROFIT WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICES DESIRED. MY CAR WITH LESS THAN 28000KM MILEAGE WAS IN GREAT SHAPE WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE SUPPORT EARLIER, I AM NOT SURE IT WILL PERFORM IN A SIMILAR MANNER AFTER THIS SERVICE. FRANKLY, I AM THINKING OF GETTING IT CHECKED AGAIN TO ASSURE MYSELF THAT IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION. REGARDS. MANOJ RURIA
