I was switching from my present internet service provider(Fiber Connection ) to Airtel, so I contacted your Airtel yesterday ie on 28.04.2024 at 7.19 am . since then I was making contacts with number of times over phone and ultimately I could contact with one person who was literally reluctant saying busy and and outside. ultimately somehow manage to come and asked for payment of Rs.3300/-. When I told him about the connection which he initially said would be done by Technician immediately after my payment, now when the payment is done started saying that it is not possible and i will have wait till next day, ie, today on 29.04.2024 at 10 am.
But today ie 0n 29.04.2024 when no one turned up and I started calling that person he did not pick up even for single time.
Till now when i am posting this at 3.30 pm i have not received any communication or any call that someone would be coming for the connection.
Now I have decided that I will not go for the connection with Airtel Fiber. Reason being if at very beginning this the quality of service and responses I don’t know what will happen during the journey.
I do not know whether I will get the refund of the money I have already Paid, but I will consider it as a cost of my lesson learned.
