Failure in customer service after sale

i have bought TVS radeon from Supreme TVS Khanna in Feb 2024 & even after repeated visits & telephonic contact they failed to provide me complete details of bills against made payment .
Customer lounge is so dirty same for toilets which are worse than public toilets . No drinking water in lounge
Habitual of not picking the calls .
What to say else ???????????????
Failed in all respects
