Procedure to File an Online Complaint:
Step 1: Visit the link to ‘file an online complaint’ from the table above. and register on the Grievance Management System (GMS) of National Insurance.
Step 2: Login to the GMS portal and click ‘Post New Grievance’ to open the online form.
Step 3: Fill out the online grievance form with the details of the category of insurance, policy number, Insurance details, category of the grievance, description of the grievance and other asked information.

Grievance Redressal Officers of the National Insurance
The Grievance Redressal Officers are the higher authorities to resolve the unsatisfied and pending (more than 15 days) registered complaints of the policyholders/consumers. National Insurance ensures to take care of that each issue must be resolved within the given time limit to provide seamless and faster services.

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India is the apex body that regulates insurance companies and ensures to the protection of the interests of consumers and policyholders.
