Dear sir/madam,
With reference to the trailing mail i would like to draw your attention on below mentioned points:
1. I have ordered AC on 10.06.2024, during the course of order I have been informed that the delivery will be done maximum at 9.00 pm on 11.06.2024.
2. On 11.06.2024, at 10.43 pm I was informed that delivery has been rescheduled to 15.06.2024, the same day I have written to you regarding my grievance for false delivery promise.
3. On 12.06.2024, I have received a phone call from no 020 69107201 wherein I was intimated regarding the delivery which will be done on 12.06.2024 itself or by 13.06.2024.
4. On calling the customer care on 13.06.2024 to enquire about by delivery status I was informed that delivery has been put on hold. And the phone was disconnected without my consent.
5. When I again called to enquire the issue and after receiving non satisfactory response i requested the concerned customer care executive to transfer the call to senior concerned she informed no senior is available and has requested to wait till 11.00 am so that necessary call arrangements can be done to resolve the issue.
6. After waiting till 11.00 am when no call received I again called customer care executive wherein I have asked to transfer my call to senior, my phone was transferred to Mr. Nihal, who without listening to my concern in true spirit have disconnected the call sighting reason for delay as “Far Country”.
7. When called again to enquire about call disconnection from Mr. Nihal I was informed that I was not ready to listen. And customer care executive has informed that now no senior is available to talk.
8. Please inform how long am i supposed to wait for my order to get delivered.
9. Why false promises are repeatedly made to me?
10. I have made payment from my credit card on 10.06.2024, who will be bearing the interest for the period of delivery delay?
11. Every time I am calling customer care executive they reply by just saying we have highlighted your concern and no proper response is given.
Request you to kindly prioritise the issue and come up with a solution.
