hello sir mai ankush ek tourist hu mai shimla visit krne aaya tha shimla police maira fog litgh ka fine kr dia jabki light off thi aur woo light sirf highway ya off road pr use hoti hai. sabhi rules follow krne pr bhi mujhefine dena padaa galat hai atleast tourist k k sath aosa nhi hona jbi bus walo ko fine nhi kia car ka fine nhi kia mujhe iss pr kuch soloution cahiye aisa behave local police tourist k sath kyu karti hai
