I purchased a Wired Gaming headphone on July 28th, but the company has not delivered the product after so many days. Then I complained so many times to the company, and they cancelled the order on 10th Aug, and they assured me that the refund would get credited by 17th Aug, but after that, the amount was not credited to my credit card. Again, I called the customer case and spoke to one of the teamleaders of the VLEBAZAR support team, and he assured me that the refund would get credited by August 27th, but not credited again. I called the customer for the same, but again they have given a date of 10th Sept, and they are just extending the date but not providing the refund.
Kindly request you to take the proper action for my refund.
