We have booked the AC sleeper double tickets online through redbus from Beawar to Meerut on 27.09.2024
Ticket number is TTAS55112922.
Firstly bus arrived late from time on scheduled timings and the available bus was non A C when the operator told us that bus is fully AC.
We paid total Rs. 2727.90 for the same from Google pay.
This is to inform you that due to early pregnancy issue I can not travel in non AC on long route. Secondly the person from operator bus services abusing me and my husband.
We are requesting to cancel the tickets and refund the amount ASAP and take appropriate action on bus service operator.
Please do the needful.
