The hotel ‘THE GOPINIVAS GRAND KANYAKUMARI’ was booked by you on 5th and 6th July nights. The rooms were ‘superior double’ rooms, which are the best in their offerings. An amount of total Rs.5,411.00 was paid to you for the above.
On reaching the hotel premises on 5th July evening 4.30 PM, I had completed the check in documentation and was taken to the room on 4th floor. Three floors by lift and one floor through staircase.
On inspection of the room, the room was shabby, dirty, fungus and molds everywhere. The room had no windows and the AC was not working. The bathroom lights were flickering and in overall the room is not even a habitable place . Leave alone a superior luxury one.
I declined to enter the room which was a health hazard, and canceled my documents and left to fend other accommodation at kanyakumari.
This room was booked based on colorful photographs provided in your website. It is clear that you have not inspected the property to ascertain the facts.
I suggest, please return the money collected from me for the above room reservation immediately.
I suggest , STOP promoting such substandard hotels from your end.
