I am a senior citizen and had been doing lot of online purchases from Mesho since last one year. But this is the first time I am having issue with my order.
I ordered 4 scarfs – (Trendy floral printed Satin Stoles scarfs) with issues as below :
1. Red – 1 Qty – was returned successfully.
2. Pink –1 Qty- colour was different from that as per web description and I attached photo with return request. But the request not accepted by courier twice for the reason because photo not matching.
3. Yellow – 2 Qty – Colour was bright bluish ( ferozi) completely different.
Out of which only 1 was received and second scarf was missing. But the request not accepted by courier twice for the reason because photo not matching.
So, I got no refund for missing. And the return request not going through.
Kindly help and guide what to do as my return request is still pending.
At Amazon and Ebay the customers are insured against fraudulent/ dishonest sellers and guaranteed best return services in such cases but why not at Mesho.
