I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the behavior of Mr.Radhakrishnan mobile no. from DFC First Bank, Chetpet Branch, which has been causing distress to my sister Ms.Emili Rachel Amos, as well as to mysel

Ms.Emili Rachel Amos had taken a loan from your organization, and due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a delay in repayment. However, in response to this delay, your employees have engaged in frequent calls and visits, during late night after 6pm harrassment & torturing which they have resorted to using abusive language and harassing behavior. This conduct is entirely unacceptable and has caused significant distress to Ms.Emili Rachel Amos with her mother in law.

I want to assure you that the payment will be paid by 28th September 2024, however, the repeated harassment and intimidation tactics used by your staff are intolerable, and I urge you to address this matter immediately.

I request you to investigate this situation promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior is not repeated. I trust that your organization values its reputation and will take the appropriate action against the individuals involved.
