I’ve had enough of the terrible service and unreliable products from Hero MotoCorp. My Karizma XMR has been a nightmare since day one, with persistent issues like a faulty self-start and the bike suddenly stopping in the middle of the road—putting my safety at serious risk.
Despite 12 visits to RT Krishna Autos, the so-called service center, Hero MotoCorp’s technicians have utterly failed to diagnose or fix the problem. These aren’t minor inconveniences; these are serious flaws that should have been resolved after the first or second visit, not the 14th!
Adding insult to injury, the regional service heads and showroom service heads have done nothing but make empty promises. Every time my bike goes in for service, it’s stuck there for one to three weeks, only to return with the same issues. Even the technicians at the Hero Learning Center couldn’t figure it out, which shows just how incompetent the whole operation is.
I bought this bike just 8 months ago, and it has spent more time in the service center than on the road. Hero MotoCorp has refused to replace the bike or provide any real solution, leaving me stranded with a defective product. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company of their size and reputation.
I strongly urge anyone considering a Hero MotoCorp bike, especially the Karizma XMR, to think twice. The lack of quality control and the abysmal customer service make it clear that this company does not care about its customers. Don’t waste your money or risk your safety on their bikes.
