Horrible attitude of Customer Service Rep

I spoke with two of your customer service reps this evening Tues 5/28/24, one name Raquel the other J, both were robotic , unfeeling , unkind , condescending , in attitude and the way they talked to me .
Raquel actually acted like i did not know how to unplug something then plug it back in , she kept reading off her script on her computer and never acted human on the entire call , and your rep J the exact same way ..
I needed a person to speak to not a robot not a jerk , not someone who could not put themselves in the customers shoes to help them fix their problem….. I do not want to ever speak to either of these individuals again EVER,,, THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE THEY ARE JERKS
