i am complaining every day but they are very dumb i provided every screenshort which prooving its your operator fault but i dont knw they are dumb or something else

hey sagar this side i am totally messed with your Searvices look i booked a bus on 27 oct from Chandigarh to Paprola(TTBQ52508143) the boarding time of bus is 2:40 am i reached the location at 1:50 and i call the operator i am calling them since 12:33 to 4:00 am but they don’t pick my single call and when i came back to my room at 5:13 i got a call from driver that your bus is in boarding place. and this is not it i complain it and i also provide screen_shorts to your customer care executive but they are saying we only refund you 10% first you people wested my valuable time as well as money we are the customers and you are the service providers this kind of service you are providing i always travel in volvo’s but this is last for my side you gys are worst
