This letter is to inform you about the unprofessional and illegal activities of the Dial 112 night team stationed on Rohtak Bypass. We have received numerous complaints from truck drivers regarding their misbehavior, extortion, and use of abusive language.
Drivers have reported that the team members are often in a state of intoxication while on duty. They routinely stop trucks after 10 PM and demand money from the drivers. Many drivers have expressed fear and frustration due to this harassment.
We have recordings of these staff.
Furthermore, it has been alleged that this team uses derogatory and offensive language, particularly targeting Muslim drivers with statements like “Muslims are terrorists.” This kind of discriminatory behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
We request you to take urgent action to investigate these complaints and put an end to these activities. The safety and well-being of the drivers are paramount, and such misconduct by law enforcement personnel cannot be tolerated.
