In case of misbehaving with me in Jyoti Hero Dombivli workshop

I have been getting calls from Jyoti Hero Dombivli workshop for two or three days to service the car, today, on 21-08-2024, Shubhangi Shinde called me in the morning and she told me that there is no problem in your car. So your car will meet you till evening then I went to Jyoti Hero Dombivli workshop and duly entered near security. He gave me number 10 and told me to go inside the office and meet Mahesh sir. I will talk to him there. He asked me to wait. I told a person who was working with him but he kept me waiting and came after a while I asked him if I will meet the train in the evening then the bearded man Mahesh who was in front of him started yelling at me while biting a leaf in his mouth. I told them that I have spoken to Shubhangi madam. So they told me to go and tell someone who will take your car and asked another person who was with them to take a photo of my car and told me now I will give you the car and see the service.
I just want to ask you how can your employee eat a page and talk to a customer clearly threatening. Do you treat customers like this? Hero company cars are running a lot so we get them and when we go for servicing we are treated like this. I request you not to keep such a person in your office who tarnishes the name of your company…
