Incorrect delivery fee charged

Hi Team,

This is very disappointing to say that after using Swiggy since more than 6 years. I have been given a false and misleading claim from Swiggy.
I have subscribed for Swiggy one and have been assured that I will not be charged any delivery fee for orders above 199rs and within 7km it’s free of charge. But still I have been charged the fee. Upon connecting with the customer care, they said it is for the distance between restaurant and the destination and is given for the delivery partners. If it was so, then why was I given a false assurance that the delivery is free. This is not what I expected after so u years of service with Swiggy.

I will be taking this matter further if no action provided.
