i have applied a new connection in 15th of march 2023 & handover your papers to your excecutive the same on 15th of march his no is XXXXXX795 after 10-15 days proces has been started and our bp no was generated but my connection still not installed.After is your excecutive give the engineer no name mayank no is XXXXXX663 I will started to do follow ups regarding installation but he is not picking the call if when picked behave rudely and said he dont have labour for installation.
