2 days ago i purchased a subway sandwich veggie delight with a particular Cheese toast addon, but for 3 times the restaurant didn’t add this addon plus taken the full price for the food, I complained this to Swiggy they initially refunded the order when the second time the issue happened, the third time i ordered again the issue of food omittance has been done, I complained promptly to Swiggy telling the issue, they are only offering measly 14 rs as a refund and when i complained they said maybe 41 rs for my troubles, I do not need money, I wanted a resolution of this Subway’s particular disrespect to their customer’s order, Swiggy said to email them and the official team will look into it, yet they didn’t listen or even bothered for a follow up.
I am appalled and angry at this.
