This with respect to Broadband connection.

It is not working since 10th june, 2024. I filed complain on 11th june, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
Slot provided to me for engineer visit was 12th june, 2024 5:00 pm to 6:00pm.
On 12th june, 2024 at 4:15pm, I received message that it has been rescheduled for 13th june, 2024 at 9:00 pm.
I called customer care on 12th june, 2024 three times and requested to get it rectified as already since 10th june it is not working.
They confirmed they will take issue on priority but get it resolved. They will get it resolved by 12th june, 2024.
In the evening at 6:30pm again I called customer care and supervisor came online after 10 minutes hold.
As per Supervisor, there is issue at the SAT box. It will definitely get resolved by 13th june, 9:00 am.
On 13th june, I was waiting for some Technician to come and resolve the issue. I started for office late waiting for technician.
At 9:35 am I received message that technician visit is rescheduled for 5 pm.
Just summarized all concerns.
1. More than 72 hours wi-fi is not working.
2. More than 48 hours hours of complain no action taken on the complaint.
3. After calling customer care four times also no action taken. Only false assurance provided.
4. Without asking and taking consent of customer just rescheduling the visits. Three times rescheduled.
5. False statement given that problem at their SAT box. In my society all Wi-fi are working.
6. Already inside house even 5G does not come properly. Wifi is the only support that is also not working.
7. Escalation team is calling and saying by 14th june it will get resolved. Since 12th june, 2024 I getting false assurance.
