On 15th december i had booked a train ticket from Kolkata to Digha , and the transaction got failed automatically ,an email from makemy trip team came up to me which says that my full money of rs. 142 will be refunded by 17 the december or upto 2 working days if i am a SBI account holder and yes i am a SBI account holder but today on 21st december my money had not been refunded . What kind of service is this….!!!
