No services and refund also not given bcoz tats jio company policy

I obtained a Jio AirFiber connection from a representative with the number 9363***** on March 27th, 2024, and paid Rs. 11,613 for a 6-month plan, including installation, along with Rs. 260 for a new Jio SIM card connection (9342*****). During installation, the representative did not mention any refund policy for cancellations. However, I clearly stated that if the service was not satisfactory, I would cancel it, to which he confidently assured me that there would be no issues. The next day, a group of four individuals arrived for installation, behaved disrespectfully, watched videos during work, and claimed the signal was not working. Despite promising to return the next day, the individual named Mohan (852*****) did not show up or answer calls.

Following this, the connection only worked for 7 or 8 days, however, experienced frequent disconnections. Then, from April 5th, 2024, 6 pm onwards, the connection went offline completely, and I have not had access to WiFi since. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jio customer care, no one responded satisfactorily. Some numbers I acquired during this process include JCW Velachery +918838*****, and Fiber Area Lead 9363******, but they were of no help.

When requesting a refund and disconnection of the service, I was informed that the rent money for the unused portion of the 6-month plan would not be refunded, and processing the remaining refund would take at least 20 days, which I find unreasonable. My fiber ID is +91 44313*****, and my alternate number is 8939*****.

They not only disrespected me but also ignored my calls, claiming they couldn’t identify the issues and repeatedly opened and closed tickets without resolving anything. After waiting for over 9 days, I made the difficult decision to cancel the service. To my dismay, I discovered there was no refund policy, leaving me feeling sad and frustrated. It doesn’t make sense to be charged for a service that wasn’t provided in the first place.

Please help me to get my money 11613 + 260. I have all the proofs if you want I will share it through email.. pls take action on those people.
