E-Nagarsewa, Uttarakhand is an online portal launched by the Urban Development Department of the Government of Uttarakhand. It provides civic services to the citizens related to municipal corporations, Nagar Palikas, and Nagar panchayats. E-Services of Apuni Sarkar is another online portal developed for the citizens of Uttarakhand to avail public services from various departments of the state government such as Panchayatiraj, Finance, Health, Urban Development, Home Affairs, etc.

Have complaints regarding Nagar Nigam, Naga Palika Parishad, or Nagar Parishad including E-Services? You can register complaints by calling or writing to the customer care centers. Also, get help from common service centers (CSCs). Citizens can file an online complaint through the E-Nagarsewa and E-Service platform for their grievances about the delivery of public services in Uttarakhand.

  • E-Services: These are certificate services (income, certificates, domicile etc.), scholarships, pensions, and other services including land property registration, new water/sewerage connection, agriculture, government schemes, etc.

Both eNagarsewa and E-Services of Apuni Sarkar UK are available online for the citizens. They can lodge grievances if the service is not delivered within the stipulated timeframe as per the Uttarakhand Right to Service Act (URTS), 2011.
