No water supply for last 10 days: RR no E-200664 Rajashree Layout 8th cross

My residence has not received water for the last 10 days. On enquiry the water valve man named Cevaraju says the water is muddied and cannot be supplied. He says the repair work is being done. I live in 8th cross of rajashree layout. Water is being supplied in 4th cross. There is no repair work being carried out between 4th and 8th cross.

I request you to verify
1. If the claims of Devaraju about muddy water and repair work is correct
2. When will we get water supply again?
3. Can I get a tabk load of water upon payment?

Also please note that 1916 does not answer calls. I do not know why the number is listed as helpline number
with regards
