Dear Sir,
I have not received delivery of my item from IB. The delivery boy never came. Subsequently when I received a SMS about item having been delivered, I contacted your customer care and lodged above complaint No. 238107108 on the 11th April. Customer care told me that their records were showing delivery as pending and that delivery boys sometime change the status to delivered and make the delivery the following day.
However, the delivery has not been made till date. Kindly investigate and arrange for the delivery at the earliest.
