I had ordered goods worth 1900 rs. My address is clear and I have never had issues before this. The rider called me a couple of times but I was not available on call , my order got cancelled and I was told that I will be charged the entire order value as cancellation fees.
1) The rider should have been able to find the address very easily because this is not the first time you have delivered
2) Cancellation fees is the entire order value is the biggest joke !

Please refund all my money back for the inconvenience this has caused to me
