Pathetic experience ( LLoyd inverter Split AC 1.5 ton ) UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

It’s Been more than a year since i have purchased this ac, Croma sold me a defected piece, I complained about the same along with the issue and a video as evidence and all Croma staff acknowledged, i demanded refund they tricked me saying we will have to have a technician visit first to address the problem if it’s not rectified then we can initiate the refund, but when the technician visited he couldn’t identify the problem what i showed him in video (serial number was captured in the video to be in safer side ) and mentioned for now everything seems ok even after watching the video .. when i asked him to explain what’s happening in the video, he couldn’t answer and said for now it’s working fine, and never reported my issue further to the office and closed the case mentioned issue resolved where in it was not and i was also not happy, this happened several times , technicians use to visit and use to say that the way Ur ACs outdoor sounds crazy and loud should sound in front of us then we can report the issue further and action will be taken .. and now i have a question it’s a machine not a pet the i can make it do the same in front of the technicians when they visit, i offered them to stay with me at home then and wait until the ACs outdoor sounds the same way. the solution to that sound i discovered was to power off and on the ACs … that problem use to occur suddenly it was not frequent .. it still happens but not frequently don’t know what’s the issue, unfortunately i have to leave to abroad and hence this matter passed away with time, else i would have taken the complaint further. I might would have filed an FIR but anyways it was Croma (Mohali Branch) Luck and my bad. now when m back i realised the it was showing frequent E5 error and ac was not affective at all , for which i had to struggle to request a repair service from Croma , they only have one number which when they feel like they answer else it keeps ringing , my service request was launched and later after couple of days it was cancelled automatically and later when i called then for the same they said since they couldn’t reach me in given TAT time the request was cancelled automatically (That means Customer had to suffer and file a complaint again because of their incapability, anyways this all process lasted for a month to get it resolved, but it was not resolved fully as AC was still not doing much cooling , the technician told me that the ac needed a service he will not do it as the request was for the repair not the ac service and suggested me to file another request for it , i struggled for a long to reach them again for filing a request, the Guy named Akshey from customer service of Croma TDI Mohali branch answered the call and i explained the entire experience again and asked him for AC service request he said he will file the request and gave me the TAT time and i shared my invoice with him, i realised i did not get any msg of ac service request and its been a long i called him again after struggling a lot as they never answer the calls this man again answered the call and said he will do it and i requested him politely he again did not put the request , then i called again and this time i was pissed off and requested a manager , spoke to department manager Ritika (spelling may vary for this name) she assured me the request rather she did it right away while talking to me and i got the msg as a confirmation, and also assured me the we will look into the matter regarding Akshey’s behavior , but right the next day that mean today the request got cancelled again… i am really pissed of and thinking to take it further legally as i have all the evidence as this is not working out .. this is my last try with you guys if u can resolve the issue on priority else i will surely be taking it further now .. this Croma TDI Mohali branch tricks to waste customers time money and don’t value at all i am from Delhi and never experienced anything bad with Croma but surprised to see Punjab’s Croma standart .. poor, illiterate people, no customer service, and they don’t care for anyting .. i feel like i have been scammed by Croma TDI Mohali branch .. as i have seems few more people (customers) bouncing back in Croma with issues in the same branch.
