I had Airtel prepaid connection since last 4+ years and had been rechaging and paying Rs.1800 per year towards recharge/renewal but use it only for OTP/text messages. My SIM is now gone bad and give error Invalid SIM. SInce I am in US, I tried to reach email 121@airtel.com but they giving excuse that the number is registered as corporate account whereas I bought this as individual account submitting my passport/drivers license copies. Looks like Airtel doesnt like free money which I had been paying them for last 4+ yrs and I need to look other options.
Very Poor management and service by Airtel
