I am writing to express my frustration with the poor service I have received at your service center. I purchased a TVS Raider about a year ago, and since then, I have faced recurring issues with the battery, which has failed five times to date. Despite my repeated visits to your branch for assistance, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution to this ongoing problem.
On each occasion, I have found that no one is available to respond to my concerns, which has further added to my disappointment with the service quality. As a customer, I am expecting timely support and efficient resolution, but my experience so far has been far from satisfactory.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a clear course of action to address the battery issue. Additionally, I would appreciate better communication and service support going forward.
