I took my Nexon 2024 car no WB08Q4339 for service at your above dealership in Kolkata on 14th June 2024, with some problems about front parking camera. It was beeping showing some obstacle everytime I started the car. After long wait (5 hours) my car was ultimately inspected by a mechanic and I was informed that front camera might have got damaged and needs replacement but the spare was not available at the service centre and hence I was told to take back the car and to encquire with th em ater 5 days. I enquired on 18th June’24 and I was confirmed that the spare was available. I again took my car at the service center of Ms Dhulichand Motors on 20th June’24 at 9.00 am and waited there for the entire day, at around 4.00 pm after completing the repairs and test drive by the mechanic, I was told that all the other issues are resolved but the replaced new camera is not sensing any obstacles. To resolve the issues they have contact Tata Motors office and their service engineer will come and attend the issue and the whole process will take 3 to 5 days time and I have to leave my car at the service center for that period. I did not agrre and brought my car the same day. After driving for 3 – 4 days I observed that they have spoiled the entire infotainment software and also I am unable to connect it to internet using my Android phone. Considering their expertise I am having no confidence to hand over my car to them. Kindly let me know how the problems can be resolved by a competent team @Kolkata.
