Refund and executive not provide proper information

Hello Team,

We are chasing for my refund amount.
I submitted the router on 14th Dec 2024.
Many times I called customer care but did not get a proper response.

On 17th Jan 2025, My call was connected with customer care, one of the executives.
but he did not give me a proper response. He was confused regarding the refund process.
He was asking you to get a refund in 60 days.

Please check the call recording.
When I ask the question how the excitel team refund my money back then he says that the excitel team will send you a link then you will update your account details.

Again, I asked the question what is your name so he muted and did not respond after a few seconds he disconnected the call.

Call date 17-01-2025 and time is 4:40 PM

Please check and provide correct information about the refund.
and how would you refund the amount without account details.
