Refund not credit back

I ordered on 22 April from swiggy instamart and cancel it due to I want to add more items but my refund not credit back when I call them after 24 hrs they told me it will take 4 days after 4 days I called again they told me it will take 24 to 48 hrs we process manually but still not got the money they are making me fool by giving new timings
