I would like to inform you that I am frequent user of Goibibo. On dated 11.01.2025 I booked bus ticket from Indore to Kanpur thru Goibibo app & Booking ID is GOBUSAND0987C7E85C. On 12.01.2025 bus operator cancelled my ticket and fare refund to GOIBIBO. Two weeks passed but I did not received refund amount Rs. 1260. For more details ticket booking details and cancellation detail is attached for your reference.
Therefore, I request you please arrange to send refund amount Rs.1260 as soon as possible.
Please also note that after cancellation of attached ticket I booked 3 bus tickets thru GOIBIBO app but you did not adjust refund amount. Please refund as soon as possible otherwise I will stop use of GOIBIBO app.
