I am writing to formally request a refund of ₹2700 for the camera installation service, as the device was not properly formatted. Additionally, I received incorrect and misleading information from Mr. Parmeshwar Sontkee, which has caused significant inconvenience.
I am disappointed with the lack of after-sales support and feel that the service provided does not reflect the commitment to customer satisfaction that was promised.
