Shifting of Wi-Fi in new address

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Airtel and am using both Airtel D2H and Wifi. I raised the ticket to shift my wifi connection to a new address on 24/07/2024 and the shifting date is 27/07/2024. But till now up to 30/07/2024 we have not received any contact from Airtel. We continuously follow up through customer care 6 to 7 times every time they say your problem would be solved.
I am very surprised to see the poor service of Airtel. It is also implied that Airtel services are running in my neighbor’s apartment.
If this mail reaches the proper place then please solve my problem immediately otherwise we will disconnect our connection and exit as a very unsatisfied customer.
Please expedite the same.
