I hope this message reaches you promptly. I am writing to urgently request the cancellation of a loan and withdrawal from a program due to misleading conduct by Henry Harvin Education, for which the loan was obtained through Bajaj F.
My name is Pramod Kumar Sahu, and my Customer ID with Bajaj F is 62897XXXX. The loan account associated with the incident is 423SCELB108XXXX.
On April 12th, 2024, I was made to apply for a loan with Bajaj F to finance my enrollment in a PMP Exam Preparation Class offered by Henry Harvin Education. The loan process was efficiently facilitated by your agent, Vikas Kumar, and I was promptly approved for the loan in 30 min.
However, since the initiation of the loan and enrollment in the program, I have experienced significant misconduct by Henry Harvin Education, including:
1. Misleading Information: Henry Harvin Education initially promised immediate access to the PMP Exam Preparation Class, with potential start dates on April 13th or 14th. However, the actual start date of the program has been continuously delayed, causing undue stress and inconvenience. As a result, I have lost valuable time for exam preparation.
2. Unreasonable Cancellation Policy: Despite the delays and failure to deliver on their promises, Henry Harvin Education is refusing to honor my request to cancel the program, citing a rigid 7-day cancellation policy. This policy is unjust and unreasonable, considering the circumstances.
Given the aforementioned issues, I have decided to withdraw from the program offered by Henry Harvin Education. Consequently, I urgently request the following actions from Bajaj F:
1. Loan Cancellation: Please cancel the loan associated with Customer ID 628977XXX and Loan Account 423SCELB108XXX. I no longer require the funds for the purpose intended due to the misconduct by Henry Harvin Education.
2. Suspension of Loan Activation: If the loan has already been activated, I request its suspension until the situation with Henry Harvin Education is clarified and resolved satisfactorily.
