order no. #192190536612654 – delivery person did not even pick up cake from cake shop. He cancelled on his own!! I spoke to cake shop who said he didn’t come. This is fraud. I want my money. Why should I pay cancellation charge when I did not receive cake and delivery person did not even go to pick up??
