Ticket # 8505689 KYC issue not resolved since 7th May 2024.

Language:

– Prolonged delay in responding to emails.
– No support from customer service department.
– Upstox Account was frozen overnight due to negligence from their staff in updating my KYC.
– 7-10 days since the ticket is raised and not actioned despite multiple follow up emails.
