Dear Honda customer service team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with both the quality of my Honda vehicle and the service received from your authorized service department. i have been experiencing repeated issues where my vehicle stops unexpectedly during operation, which is not only inconvenient but also poses a serious safety hazard.
Details of the issue:
1) Vehicle model: Model Name-Honda Activa BS-VI,
Model Code-ACTIVA STD-OBD2
SALE DATE: 21/08/2024.
2) Issue Description: The vehicle repeatedly stops while in motion without warning. this problem has occurred multiple times
within a couple of months, despite recent visits to your service centre for service and diagnostics but issue remains unresolved and no use.
3) Quality expectations: I chose Honda due to its reputation for quality and reliability, but this experience has not met my expectations.
4)Service Centres response: when we gone to the service centre they are not responding correct respective manner and if any ask them simply they said that go and ask to the show room people, we are not responsible for your value of purchased money and the most important thing is that they don’t have a service engineer/not recruited in the service centre, we have sufficient mechanics need not any service engineer and they are behave just like a laymen’s sorry to say that, at least one service engineer is required for one service centre.
5) Request for resolution: I request that Honda take a necessary step to thoroughly diagnose and resolve a detailed inspection of the vehicle, replacement of any fault parts, and /or any other corrective measures.
I hope to receive a response and a clear plan of action at the earliest. if this issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, I may consider further actions to address the situation.
