My order with 4 items , 408-2593722-1377903 wasn’t handed over to me, neither did the personnel ring the doorbell..
He had just left it outside the door. I happened to see the parcel by chance. If I hadn’t it would have been lost since this is an apartment with a lot of people traversing throughout the day.
To add insult to injury your message says the parcel was handed over in person!!!!
I am disappointed and aggrieved by your delivery mechanism.
While writing this, I got a message saying another order of mine, order no. 408-6528247-3633961 was successfully delivered. I went out to check but there is no parcel there!!!!!
I expect this mess to be cleared or to be reimbursed for the parcel that I haven’t received.
