Unresolved Internet Issue Since August 24, 2024

I’m writing to seek your assistance in resolving an ongoing internet issue with my Airtel connection. Despite being a loyal customer for 12 years, my problem remains unsolved.

Issue: Internet connectivity problem since August 24, 2024

I’ve made multiple complaints (last one on September 16), but the issue persists. The expected resolution date was September 16, yet no progress has been made.

I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue. As a loyal customer, I prefer to continue with Airtel and appreciate your prompt action.
