Unsatisfactory Service Experience for My Honda Scooter Grazia


I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience for my Honda scooter Grazia at Parkash Automobiles

Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet my expectations, and I would like to bring the issues to your attention, Your Dealer is not Service my Vehicle perfectly, on 03rd April 2024 I visited your Dealer Place with my Vehicle as it was not started, they took my Vehicle for servicing and sent back saying that there is a minor issue approx. expense would be Around @1500/- then nobody has called me but after my rigorous follow up with your Service team I was surprised to hear that my Engine has issue so Half Engine Work is to done and approximate cost would be around Rs11000/- Bill attached so everyone have a Budget for the Month so after taking stress in convincing myself to Incur this amount thinking that then everything would be OK.

Then I take Delivery of my vehicle on 07th April, 2024 and after that on 12th April I take my Vehicle to My office and park perfectly in parking and in evening for going Home same issue was persist Vehicle was not started that this give me a very Bad Experience for Quality of Work your Dealer is providing my heart was weeping like any as my Hard earned money has lost.
Then I called Prakash Honda Dealer at Mobile 847XXXXXX then one Lady has picked my Phone and said once my senior has come, they will give you a call but after waiting for 2 Hour one call was received saying that Rs 350/- is chargeable for Visiting Technician it was very Horrible Experience.

Then they took my Live Location yesterday saying that the Technician has come before Lunch then post Lunch, but nobody has some even on Next Day.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to improve the service quality and resolve my unresolved issue at the earliest. As a loyal Honda customer Since my Childhood, I was using Honda Product, but this incidence gives me bad experience, I believe in the brand’s commitment to excellence, and I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing the overall service experience.
