ABOUT 10 DAYS BACK I RAISED A REQUEST TO UNINSTALL MY DTH (THEN IT HAS TO BE REINSTALLED TO ANOTHER LOCATION).
I REPEATED THE COMPLAINT MAY BE 4-5 TIMES IN 10 DAYS. THRICE PERSONNEL FIXED TIME TO COME, BUT DID NOT.
ON 121 CUSTOMER CARE, I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A HIGHER OFFICIAL. I WAS NOT CONNECTED. THE OFFICER AT CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE CONNECTED LATER, IT NEVER HAPPENED IN SO MANY DAYS.
THUS, THE SERVICE HAS BECOME VERY POOR AND I AM AT THE MERCY OF AIRTEL. HOPE RESPONSIBLE OFFICER WILL INVESTIGATE THE CASE. I AM NOT DISCLOSING MY PHONE NUMBER; I AM AN AIRTEL BLACK CUSTOMER.
