I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a ticket I mistakenly booked for the 13th of August instead of the 14th of August. I realized the error and attempted to contact the bus operator, Vijay Travels, to rectify the situation. However, their phone lines are currently unreachable as it is nighttime.
In my search for help, I found a RedBus helpline number on Google listed under the name “RK Sharma”. This individual claimed to have refunded the amount to me, but I have not received any confirmation or refund in my account. Additionally, I haven’t received any related email communication.
Given the circumstances, I am concerned about the legitimacy of the person I contacted and the status of my refund. Since RedBus was founded by one of my college seniors, I trust your platform and am reaching out to you directly for immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
Please help me confirm whether the refund process has been initiated or if any action needs to be taken on my end. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
